Get Support

Free, anonymous mental health therapy. No insurance needed. No judgment. Just help when you need it.

How to Access Free Therapy

Our services are available through grant-funded programs in specific areas. Here's how to get help if you're in a covered community.

Students

If you're a student at a partner university or institution, you can access free therapy through your campus wellness program.

1
Contact your campus student wellness office or student center
2
Ask about TeleHealth Van services on campus
3
Schedule a session or walk up to the van when it's on campus

City Residents

If you live in a city with a TeleHealth Van partnership (like Hawthorne), you may qualify for free services.

1
Contact your local community center or city offices
2
Ask if TeleHealth Van services are available for residents
3
Prove residency (if required) and schedule your session

Refugees & Immigrants

If you're an Afghan refugee or immigrant, we may have specialized programs available through our USCRI partnership.

1
Contact your local USCRI office or resettlement agency
2
Ask about the Wellness Helpline for Afghans program
3
Access culturally competent, language-appropriate therapy

Jewish Students (Boston)

If you're a Jewish student facing antisemitism at a Boston-area university, dedicated support is available.

1
Available at Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, and Boston University
2
Contact your campus Hillel or student wellness office
3
Ask about the Ruderman Foundation mental health program
